You'll be sent an email confirmation. Please bring a digital copy of your confirmation to the event, as it will be needed for registration.
- What is The Refund Policy?Due to the nature of this event, all sales are final and no refunds are offered. However if you are unable to attend and wish to transfer your ticket to another attendee, please email us at hello@naturallyjoyous.ca and we are happy to assist you. Thanks for your understanding!

Please note that the VIP brunch will take place in the Kitchener-Waterloo area on Sunday, October 6th at 11 am EDT with Juliana Leamen and Kimberly Snider. If you need hotel suggestions, please let us know.

If It rains on the retreat day:
Since our beautiful venue is outside, in the case of rain the event will be cancelled (with 24 hours notice).
Those who register will receive priority when we run our next event in 2025.
In the case of cancelation due to rain, we will refund your registration (except for a $50 non-refundable fee to cover payment processing fees and food costs).
We will also gladly make our catered lunch box available to you for pick up, so you can still nourish your body.
If you upgrade to VIP, the Sunday brunch will still take place, even if the main retreat event is cancelled due to rain.
